About Us
Our History
The College of Nursing Warri was inaugurated in 1972 as a regional healthcare training institute with an initial enrollment of 150 students and 12 faculty members. Through the years, we have transformed into a premier nursing education center in Delta State, currently educating over 4,000 students annually with a distinguished faculty of healthcare experts and researchers.
Our institution has expanded from its original facilities to a modern campus featuring advanced simulation centers, specialized learning laboratories, and comprehensive student services. Throughout our journey, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to healthcare excellence, pedagogical innovation, and meaningful engagement with the Warri community.
